According to a report, the Detroit Tigers have scouted the Orioles\' Triple-A team in recent days.
Baltimore has baseball\'s top-rated farm system.

The Tigers shelled out money for Miguel Cabrera, Javier Baez and Eduardo Rodriguez in the past, but won't hold onto Skubal? This is why Detroit will remain a middling team in a very weak division.
