The Cincinnati Reds were expected to contend for a playoff berth this season, instead they\'ve been on the outside of the postseason picture this month.
On Friday, Reds general manager Nick Krall addressed the current state of disappointment surrounding the club and David Bell\'s status as manager.
\"He\'s got a contract for next year,\" Krall said of Bell. \"As of right now, we\'re going to evaluate everything at the end of the year and see what we have to do to move forward.\"
Bell, who was hired in October 2018, is signed through 2026.
