Kyle Hendricks Planning To Pitch In 2025

Kyle Hendricks has no plans to step away from the game of baseball.
Hendricks told The Athletic that he \"100 percent\" plans to continue his career next year.
\"I\'ll take a step back (once the season ends to) reevaluate and refocus, but I definitely would love to keep pitching,\" the right-hander said.
Hendricks is slated to be a free agent this winter. He signed a four-year, $55.5 million extension with the Chicago Cubs in March of 2019, that also contained a vesting option.
