Sources: Mike Napoli Among Cubs\' Staff Cuts

The Chicago Cubs are making a number of changes to their coaching staff, according to sources.
Chicago has missed the postseason for five straight seasons.
The team won\'t bring back first-base coach Mike Napoli or assistant hitting coach Jim Adduci next season. Also moving on is bullpen coach Darren Holmes as well as two strength coaches.
