Cardinals Adding Jon Jay To Coaching Staff

The St. Louis Cardinals are hiring Jon Jay for a yet to be announced coaching role, according to a report.
Katie Woo of The Athletic also reports that assistant coach Willie McGee has stepped down from the staff and will move into an advisory role with the Cardinals\' front office.
Jay, a former outfielder, spent six seasons with the Cardinals, appearing in more than 750 games.
