Carlos Carrasco has begun his offseason training program and hopes to pitch in the Major Leagues for two more seasons.
Carrasco, who turns 38 in March, elected minor league free agency after the Cleveland Guardians were eliminated from the playoffs.
The right-hander might be looking at a minor league deal for the second-straight year.
In 103 2/3 innings this season, Carrasco posted a 5.64 ERA and 89 strikeouts.
