The Chicago Cubs are expected to be aggressive in search of top of rotation and back of bullpen help this offseason, according to a report.
The club\'s offensive lineup was largely set even before Cody Bellinger passed on the chance to opt out of his contract and hit the open market.
As they currently stand, the Cubs could be as much as $50 million shy of their 2024 payroll levels, which could give them significant firepower to bolster their pitching staff.
