The Boston Red Sox are evaluating the ways they could add a top-flight starting pitcher this offseason.

\"We know we need to raise the ceiling of the rotation,\" chief baseball officer Craig Breslow said. \"I think there are a lot of ways to do that, but we\'re going to be really, really open-minded.\"

The biggest names on the free agent pitching market are Corbin Burnes and Blake Snell.
