Tomoyuki Sugano Drawing Interest From Angels

The Los Angeles Angels have expressed interest in Japanese pitcher Tomoyuki Sugano, according to a report.
Sugano, 35, is a two-time winner of the Sawamura Award -- the Japanese equivalent to the Cy Young Award.
The Angels are in need of pitching help after ranking 28th in starter ERA this past season (4.97).
