The New York Yankees like their chances of re-signing Juan Soto after meeting with him on Monday afternoon.
Hal Steinbrenner and company are \"gung-ho\" about Soto, according to a report.
Soto, 26, had a very successful season with the Yankees after coming over in a trade with the San Diego Padres last offseason. He hit .288/.419/.569 with 41 home runs and 109 RBIs while helping lead the club to a World Series appearance.
