The St. Louis Cardinals have been exploring the potential trade market for Nolan Arenado over the past few weeks.

Multiple teams have expressed interest, and while talks haven\'t progressed very far, there\'s a \"growing sense throughout the industry\" that Arenado will be traded, according to a report.

Discussions are likely to intensify as the Winter Meetings approach.

Arenado is even open to playing more at first base to create roster flexibility for a potential new team. He has a full no-trade clause and three years and $74 million left on his contract, but $10 million of that will be paid by the Colorado Rockies.
