The New York Yankees have \"renewed contract discussions\" with Christian Walker\'s camp, according to a report.
The Yankees quickly pivoted back to Walker, who they were linked to last month, when Juan Soto left for the New York Mets in free agency.
Adding Walker would help the Yankees fill holes at first base and in the batting order.
Walker, 34 in March, hit .251/.335/.468 with 26 home runs in 552 plate appearances for the Arizona Diamondbacks this past season.
