Mets Hold Meeting With Roki Sasaki

The New York Mets had a meeting with Japanese right-hander Roki Sasaki on Thursday, according to a report.
Sasaki can not sign with a team until the 2025 international signing period opens on Jan. 15.
The 23-year-old posted a 2.02 ERA and struck out 32% of the batters he faced as a member of the Chiba Lotte Marines of Nippon Professional Baseball from 2021-24.
