Cole Ragans, Royals Agree To Three-Year, $13.25M Extension

Cole Ragans and the Kansas City Royals have agreed to a three-year, $13.25 million contract extension. The deal covers this season and his first two arbitration seasons.
Last season, Ragans had a 3.14 ERA with 223 strikeouts.
