Packers Making History With 100-Yard Rusher Drought

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sat May 4, 2013 5:43 pm

The Green Bay Packers have gone 43 straight regular season games without a 100-yard rusher.

The Packers drafted Eddie Lacy out of Alabama and Johnathan Franklin out of UCLA to improve their rushing attack.

Since 1960, only seven teams have gone longer than 43 games without a 100-yard rusher.

The Washington Redskins went 72 games without a 100-yard rusher between December of 1961 and October of 1967.

Brandon Jackson was the Packers' last 100-yard rusher, gaining 115 in October of 2010.
