Carson Palmer is unlikely to agree to a restructured, cap-friendly contract with the Oakland Raiders, according to a source.
Palmer is scheduled to make a base salary of $13 million for the 2013 season.
The Raiders may decide to cut Palmer as he will compete with Terrelle Pryor for the job as starting quarterback.
