Starks Seeks New Deal, Won't Report To Dolphins

Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Randy Starks will not be attending the team's voluntary offseason program and desires a long-term deal, according to a source.
Starks, guaranteed $8.45 million this season after signing Miami's franchise tender in March, will only attend mandatory camps.
