Cardinals Release Brian Hoyer

The Arizona Cardinals have waived Brian Hoyer.
Hoyer wasn't projected as receiving enough reps at quarterback with the Cardinals.
Hoyer will have a second round tender, but could receive considerable interest as an unrestricted free agent.
