Saints Currently $5.1M Under Cap Following Harper's Restructure

The New Orleans Saints are now $5.1 million under the NFL's salary cap after restructuring the contract of Roman Harper.
The Saints were just $1.6 million below the cap before Harper's cap number dropped from $7.1 million to $3.66 million for 2013.
