Cowboys Promote Two In Scouting Department

The Dallas Cowboys are changing the organizational chart of their scouting department.
Will McClay, who is entering his 11th season with the club, will receive a promotion to assistant director of player personnel. That title currently belongs to Tom Ciskowski, who will now be elevated to director of scouting.
