NFL Has Had Most Offseason Arrests Since 2008

There have been more arrests of NFL players in the period between the Super Bowl and July 1 in 2013 than any of the previous four years.
The NFL has had 27 of its players arrested in 2013, most notably Aaron Hernandez.
There were 41 players arrested in the period in 2008.
