GM: Derek Carr Could Go No. 1, Will 'Blow Up Combine'

Derek Carr is moving up draft boards and is making an argument as one of the best quarterbacks available.
One general manager believes Carr could be the first overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft.
"He'll blow up at the Combine," said the GM.
