Deion Sanders will be one of the Pro Bowl captains and also be in uniform.
"Ladies and Gentlemen I am officially announcing "I WILL SUIT UP IN HAWAII," wrote Sanders on Twitter.
Sanders is 46 and hasn't played in the NFL since 2005. Sanders retired in 2000 and then came back to the Baltimore Ravens in 2004.
