Jameis Winston will meet in Chicago with the Bears on Wednesday.

The Bears have previously met with Marcus Mariota.

Chicago owns the seventh overall pick and still have Jay Cutler on their roster.

If the Bears can land Winston and let him learn - not learn from Cutler but learn the X's and O's of NFL football - for a good year or two and the Bears can find a way to get rid of Cutler, I think the Bears will be back in business.
