Jon Gruden shot down suggestions he could leave his job with ESPN on Monday Night Football for the Los Angeles Rams' vacancy.

Gruden said he has "no intention of coaching" and is enjoying his time with "Monday Night Football."

"You know, I love football, and I've said that a million times," said Gruden. "I just want to say that I'm very happy doing what I'm doing. My full attention and focus is on the Cowboys-Lions, I cannot wait for our final Monday night game. There's a lot of chips on the table.

"But right now I have no intention of coaching. I really enjoy what I'm doing and I feel like I'm really close to the fire and I'm getting plenty of satisfaction out of doing what I'm doing."

he's lying. He's holding out for money and/or a team that either has a potential franchise QB or the #1 pick in a draft that has one. Since there is no QB like that in this draft it'd have to be money he couldn't refuse. I'm not sure the Rams will pay that. Gruden should just go coach JAX. There are several good pieces on both sides of the ball and he'd have a potential franchise QB. All they need is one more good draft and great coaching and they are primed to take over that division
