The Jacksonville Jaguars plan to hire Tom Coughlin as their executive vice president of football operations.
Jacksonville also will sign general manager Dave Caldwell to a two-year extension.
Coughlin, Caldwell and new coach Doug Marrone will each have three-year deals.
Coughlin was the first head coach in Jaguars history.
