DeSean Jackson and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed upon a three-year, $35 million contract.
Jackson's contract includes $20 million in guaranteed money.
Jackson spent the last three seasons with Washington after six with the Philadelphia Eagles. Jackson caught 56 balls for 1,005 yards and four touchdowns last season.
