Fox Sports is interested in adding Tony Romo as a television analyst for the 2017 season should he decide not to continue his playing career.
Romo would replace John Lynch, who left the booth this offseason to join the San Francisco 49ers as general manager.
Romo has long been considered a top candidate to go into broadcasting when he retires.
