The remainder of the NFL missed on Alvin Kamara when the New Orleans Saints took the running back 67th overall this past spring.

Through 12 games, Kamara has gained 1,220 yards from scrimmage. Sean Payton admitted the Saints undervalued one aspect of his game during the draft process.

"Look, if we had known what we were going to get as a runner, we wouldn't have taken him in the third round. We would've taken him earlier," Payton said.

One reason Kamara didn't go higher in the draft is he didn't have maximum exposure at Tennessee as he shared running back duties with Jalen Hurd.
