Jameis Winston Officially Receives Three-Game Suspension

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Jun 29, 2018 12:17 pm

The NFL has suspended Jameis Winston for the first three games of the season.

The league said its investigation found the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback inappropriately touched a female Uber driver in March 2016 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Winston's suspension is without pay and he won't appeal.

While Winston has not been found guilty in a court of law, isn't it something that these type of allegations keep resurfacing? It is possible the Uber driver capitalized on the moment of being alone with him? Sure but there are plenty of non-sports fans who wouldn't even know who he was if he stepped in their car. From that standpoint, it sounds like he thinks he's above the law and a womanizer. Even people who are rich and famous do not attract these type of allegations. Wouldn't be surprised at all if there were more victims.
