It was reported on Monday that the Pittsburgh Steelers' final offer to Le'Veon Bell was a five-year, $70 million deal.

A further report indicates that a $10 million signing bonus was the only fully guaranteed portion of the contract.

Under the reported deal, Bell stood to make $33 million over the first two years and $45 million over the first three years of the deal.

Straight up disrespectful. The Steelers will not be winning this year. Why would Bell want to win with this team? Bell will have a great year as an individual but this team isn't winning.

How exactly does Bell plan to have a "great year as an individual" but simultaneously keep this team from winning?
That doesn't even make sense

He'll leave next year for way more guaranteed money that from a worse franchise (hopefully the Bills) but that won't impact Pittsburgh's chances to win now

As it should, the Steelers are one of the best franchises in sports the last 40 years. Run his a$$ into the ground one more year then draft a Kareem Hunt in the 3rd round in 2019.
