Le\'Veon Bell has told his teammates on the Pittsburgh Steelers that he plans to report on Labor Day.
Bell has been holding after not yet signing the franchise tag of $14.5 million for 2018. Bell wanted a long-term deal.
Bell did the same thing last year when he did not officially report until Sept. 4, which was six days before the 2017 season opener.
Bell still started in Week 1 in 2017.
