Raiders Will Fire Reggie McKenzie As GM In Offseason

The Oakland Raiders will not bring back Reggie McKenzie as general manager next season.

Jon Gruden has clearly been frustrated by the Raiders\' recent drafts and overall talent base this season.

Gruden has had total control over the organization since his hire last offseason. The Raiders are in the early stages of a complete rebuild.

Gruden knows he needs assistance in overhauling the roster and making the most of their surplus of draft picks.
