The Oakland Raiders have emerged as a sleeper team to sign Le\'Veon Bell.

The Raiders acquired Antonio Brown from the Pittsburgh Steelers last week.

The Raiders have additional money to spend and are prepared to do so for another star.

Oakland is hoping to have a successful season to prepare for their move to Las Vegas in 2020.
