John Ross has said there is a \"completely different\" energy around the Cincinnati Bengals this offseason.

The wide receiver is taking the change a step further by changing from No. 15 to No. 11.

After a disappointing first two NFL seasons, Ross said the change is a bid to \"start everything over.\"

Ross has just 21 receptions in his two-year career.
