Nick Bosa suffered a right ankle sprain after leaving Wednesday\'s practice early, according to a source.
The San Francisco 49ers do not consider the injury serious.
With about 45 minutes left in the practice, Bosa appeared to get tangled up with multiple teammates on a running play off the right side and stayed down on the field after the play ended.
The 49ers used the No. 2 overall pick on the former Ohio State defender.
