A new collective bargaining agreement is considered unlikely before the start of the 2019 regular season.

The NFL and NFLPA have already met more than half a dozen times on a new deal.

Talks continue to move in a positive direction.

No surprise...players are going to be pushing for guaranteed money that they deserve while the owners are going to play hardball. The end result will be partial guarantees. The question is how long will it take to reach the result.
