J.J. Watt \'Gutted\' Over Season-Ending Injury

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Mon Oct 28, 2019 11:55 am

J.J. Watt is done for the season after suffering a torn pectoral muscle in Sunday\'s victory over the Oakland Raiders.

The Houston Texans feared the injury was serious, according to sources.

\"This game can be beautiful and it can also be brutal,\" Watt tweeted. \"Absolutely gutted that I won\'t be able to finish the season with my guys and give the fans what they deserve. I truly love this game and can\'t stand letting you guys down. Thank you for all of the thoughts & well-wishes.\"

Watt appeared to injure his pectoral muscle while tackling Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs for a 6-yard loss in the second quarter. Watt left the field for the Texans\' blue medical tent before running to the locker room.
