Cam Newton has spoken out for the first time since he was released by the Carolina Panthers.

Newton posted videos of himself working out on social media with the captions, \"no pity party\" and the declaration that he\'s \"free and hungry.\"

The quarterback has dealt with injuries to his right shoulder and foot in the past two seasons.
