Mark Davis wondered on the record whether the NFL may need a bubble environment to complete the 2020 season.

“You can keep players from the fans, but you can’t keep players from the players,” Davis said in the Las Vegas Review-Journal article that focuses primarily on his complaints regarding the decision to cover the first eight rows of seats with tarps. “That could be our Achilles’ heel. Without some form of bubble, we may be asking for trouble.”

The NFL has 65 players per team along with large coaching staffs and trainers, which would make an NFL bubble incredibly large.

I don't see how the NFL can play a season without a bubble sort of concept and even then, the logistics behind that would seem right next to impossible. Between the rosters, coaches, support personnel, etc...I'd think each organization would likely be looking at 100 people at the least. Multiply that the numbers of teams and all of a sudden it's looks really hard to pull off letalone doing it for around 6 months.

Yep, if NBA is barely going to pull it off in August, then how the hell is the NFL supposed to operate without any precautionary measures? Whether you're a virus denier or not, it's obvious by now that it can rapidly spread through groups of close-contact (such as a football locker room, or stadium), and 0.5% - 1.5% infected die. It needs to be addressed. It's not impossible that this season is cancelled or post-poned and they need to start planning for that case.
