\'Mutual\' Interest Between Dolphins, Aaron Jones

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed Feb 24, 2021 1:13 pm

The Miami Dolphins are believed to be one of the teams that will target Aaron Jones when he hits free agency next month.

According to a report, the interest is \"mutual.\"

Jones is coming off a second straight 1,000-yard season with a career-best 1,104 yards for the Green Bay Packers in 2020.

Not for the money he wants. As a Miami fan, I would not be happy to pay a RB that much money when you have 4 picks in the top 50, and 5 picks in the top 80. When is the last time a highly paid RB won a super bowl

Gaskin seemed to have a great year. So did Ahmed when he was used. I agree, not a good idea to go out and pay Aaron Jones 15 mil per year when you have 2 capable guys on the roster. Id think going out and getting a consistent WR like Godwin would be a far better decision.
