The New York Giants are confident that Daniel Jones will cement himself as their quarterback of the future this season.

The Giants added weapons for Jones this offseason -- signing Kenny Golladay in free agency and drafting Kadarius Toney in the first round.

\"Obviously, this will be a big jump,\" Dave Gettleman said of his quarterback. \"This is the year, Year 2 to Year 3, that Daniel should really make a major stride. We\'re looking forward to seeing him thrive.\"

Daniel INT stride... you would hope so. That pick dont look too good right now

The last few years have been far from stellar but he has shown signs of being a quality starting QB in the NFL. Sink or Swim this season and if the turnovers mount up he might be shown the door with Gettleman
