Anthony Richardson Exits Week 2 With Concussion

Anthony Richardson exited the Indianapolis Colts\' Week 2 game with a concussion. 

Richardson appeared to hit the back of his head on the turf early in the first quarter on a 15-yard touchdown run off the right side. 

Richardson rushed for touchdowns on both of the Colts\' first two series in the game.

I'm not at all liking that AR has got hurt in both of his first 2 NFL games but holy cow does he look good. I think he stands a very legit chance to be a top echelon QB in the next few years.
