Joe Flacco has been named the 2023 Associated Press NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
Flacco narrowly won the award over Damar Hamlin. Hamlin, however, had 21 first place votes to Flacco\'s 13.
Flacco\'s 1,616 passing yards and 13 TDs are both the most in NFL history by a QB who made his debut in the final six games of a season.
