The Chicago Bears expect to have a plan in place at quarterback by the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis next week, according to a report.
The report also states that the Bears \"got inquiries from other teams\" about Justin Fields at the Senior Bowl.
It ultimately comes down to whether the Bears want to keep Fields or use the first overall pick on Caleb Williams.
