The Washington Commanders have five picks in the first three rounds of this year\'s NFL Draft, which gives them multiple options at the quarterback position. Washington also has an estimated $73.6 million in cap space.
A fifth-round pick in 2022, Howell started all 17 games last season and posted a 63.4 completion percentage, 3,946 yards, 21 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.
Washington could also lose veteran Jacoby Brissett in free agency.
