The New York Giants have agreed to acquire Brian Burns from the Carolina Panthers and will sign him to a $150 million deal.
The deal will have $87.75 million in guaranteed money.
The Giants will send a 2024 second round pick and a 2-25 fifth round pick.
Burns had received the nonexclusive franchise tag from the Panthers last week.
Burns\' 46 sacks the last five seasons rank 13th in the NFL during that time span.
