David Long, Jr.: Dolphins Defense \'Reloading\' In 2024
The Miami Dolphins have seen significant turnover on defense this offseason.
Vic Fangio is out as coordinator, in is Anthony Weaver. There has also been a ton of player turnover, as well as the addition of first-round pick Chop Robinson.
\"Yes sir, we\'ve got a lot of dogs coming in, some dogs already there,\" linebacker David Long, Jr. said. \"We\'re just reloading. I think the most important thing when it comes to new players and new coaches is the chemistry that comes with time. We built something. The next step is to go to training camp and build from that.\"
Long is coming off his first season in Miami, where he set a career-high with 113 total tackles, nine for loss, and generated his first career regular-season sack.
