Colby Armstrong has signed to play next season with Vaxjo of the Swedish league, he said on his Twitter account Saturday.
"Hello Sweden and the people of Vaxjo," Armstrong wrote. "Can't wait to bring family over and jump right in. So exciting."
Armstrong, 30, last season played 37 games for the Canadiens, with two goals and three assists, according to an NHL.com report.
