Source: Bruins, GM Peter Chiarelli Close To Extension

The Bruins and GM Peter Chiarelli are close on a multiyear contract extension, according to a league source.
Chiarelli has one year remaining on his current deal.
"It's not done yet, but it's close," the source said.
